Don’t businesses are extremely important within most economies. Then they range in size from sole traders to larger private companies, however, typically we classify them as approximately less than 30 employees.
Because of their small business size, they have features which contrast with those of larger business organisations. This video will explore some of these and there will be further videos and discussions about small businesses later in the course.
This is an important topic, start-up businesses are, by definition, generally small. We must understand the problems and the advantages involved in running a small business. There will be much more discussion of this topic throughout your course of studies.
