This is an introductory talk on a complicated problem. It will deal with some of the essential points but not engage with them fully, it is commensurate with our level 4 course. Corporate governance deals with regulation, business must be seen as operating in both a legal and moral framework that gives its competitors, customers, and indeed all its stakeholders confidence in dealing with the company.
