Tools of Strategic Analysis

The strategic analysis involves the measurement of likely outcomes following the implementation of a set of measures designed to improve some particular business metric. The analysis may be conducted through an examination of the accounts, management accounting techniques, statistical analysis and projections, focus groups or other techniques. The important issue to remember here is that following the implementation of a strategy a process of analysis should follow to assess its success or failure.

For registered students, this class will be dealt with more extensively in our live seminar sessions.
