When we think of business, we may think of several functions that are linked in some way. For example, the HR section is responsible for recruiting the correct personnel to perform the functions required. These personnel need to be trained or inducted into the ways of the business.
The production personnel must ensure that output can be successfully produced according to required schedules. And finally, the marketing personnel most ensure that customers perceive the product as generating the required satisfaction.
