This video will look at the obstacles that confront managers in attempting to implement changes to their marketing programmes. It is important that organisations recognise their uniqueness in terms of their structures, their location, their product, and their perception in the marketplace.
When attempting to implement marketing changes there will be inevitably resistance from various quarters. It may be that managers I reluctant to change, or indeed the customers do not like the new image that is being developed.
