Stop Drinking the Poison and Learn to Let Go | Kathryn Arendt | TEDxSaintAndrewsSchool

Forgiving others is the key to forgiving yourself. When someone you know wreaks havoc on your life, it’s important to step back and decide if a grudge is worth holding on to. Being able to let go is an empowering feeling and can set you free. Kathryn Arendt is a senior Resident Life student at Saint Andrew’s School. She is an SA volleyball player and is committed to play at the College of the Holy Cross. Kathryn is also involved in the Students for Autism Club and enjoys working out, watching TV, and hanging out with friends.
